Use the extra time to get ready for the following events:
Open workouts will be held at K Gym during regular club times as long as the university is open (and a black belt supervisor is in attendance). Although these workouts are informal, black belts who attend can offer assistance and answer questions. This is a great environment to hone your skills.
Training Suggestions
Students can work on paddle kicking, poomse, pre-arranged and free sparring. Take advantage of this excellent opportunity; black belt skills are gained through training sessions such as these.
