Expand Your Training — keep an eye out for information on these training opportunities:

• Sparring Scrimmages: spar as much or as little as you like.
  
• Weekend Training: training in the fresh air of Rock Creek Park, West Virginia, and Philadelphia.
  
• Train in Korea: taekwondo, yongmudo, judo, kumdo, ssirum and sightseeing!
  
• Martial Arts Summer Camp: train in beautiful locales with Olympic medalists and other esteemed master instructors.
  
• Black Belt Testing: learn what it takes to take a black belt test.
