The U.C. Berkeley Martial Arts Program is organizing another training and cultural program in Korea for early summer 2007 and members of the GW Taekwondo Club are invited to participate.
This event is an excellent opportunity to take your training to the next level with multiple training sessions on most days. Plus, with the sightseeing visits, you learn much more about the Korean culture and people.

Training
Taekwondo, yongmudo, judo, and kumdo comprises the bulk of martial arts training. All training sessions are led by experienced master instructors from the various universities. Participants even train alongside accomplished students for exciting workouts every day.

Sightseeing
Included in the program are sightseeing excursions for participants to learn more about the culture of Korea. Visits to the Kukkiwon, the headquarters of Taekwondo, Buddhist temples, and the various cities offer the opportunity to better understand the Korean people and culture.
